high-stress alloy steel to protect
against bending. Dual bronze bushings in
the sleeves, with spring steel pin
anchors inside them, ensure balance and
smooth rotation. Maintenance is easy
thanks to accessible lubrication points.
Plus, durable rubber end caps protect
floors and prevent scratching of
freestanding equipment.
The Six-Foot Bar is
designed for the athlete who is just
starting out and is looking to build a
strong foundation in technique. Weighing
in at just 30 pounds, it holds about 500
pounds. The hard chrome version features
bearing sleeves.
