are subject to each
manufacturer’s
warranty. Some items
may require that you

warranty or service
claims. The Lifetime
Warranty offered on
Phys-X pieces is

structural failures
under normal home
usage. Replacement
parts or repaired
parts will be sent
directly to the
street address as
indicated on the
Return Authorization
form or to the
address where
original shipment
was sent. If the
address is
different, a letter
or fax must be sent
to our Customer Care
Center along with
the part or request.
The warranty for
Phys-X items is
non-transferable and
is good only toward
the original
purchases of the
equipment. Phys-X’s
lifetime warranty
does not cover the
failure of the
equipment if used in
a Commercial or
Institutional
environment or if
the failure of a
part or the unit as
a whole is caused by
unreasonable or
abusive use or if
unit has been
altered or changed
in anyway or if pro
per and reasonable
care has not been
given toward the

Free Freight: ie Shipping Included
The Free Freight
Program offered by
Dumbbell Buddy is
limited to some, but
not all, Phys-X
products. The term “Free
Freight” is Limited
to straight
deliveries detailed
below within the 48
contiguous United
States. Any special
services, request or
requirements are not
applicable to this
program and will not
be offered. Customer may contact Dumbbell Buddy to request possible Lift Gate
services that may be available from carrier. In some
cases, Freight
carriers may not
have normal access
to certain areas
(island or other
remote inland
locations) in these
events you will be
contacted from
Dumbbell Buddy
for possible service
charges prior to
shipping. Normal
delivery time is 10
to 14 working days
from date of the
order receipt but
this time may vary,
especially around
holidays or other
peak shopping times.
Smaller items may be
shipped via UPS or
FED-EX ground. Most
items will be
shipped via Common
Carrier. Taxes are
applicable to all

Warranty Information for Deltech Fitness
Deltech Fitness warrants that the materials used in the manufacture of it's
equipment is of good quality. This warranty is extended to the original
purchaser only.
Deltech Fitness will replace at no cost, F.O.B. Louisville, KY, any part proving
defective in materials or workmanship on the frame for the lifetime of the
product, and one year on all upholstered parts. Defectiveness shall be verified
by Deltech Fitness' inspection. Installation expense will be born by the
purchaser and liability is extended to furnishing said part or parts.
Failure due to abuse, incorrect adjustments, alterations done or unauthorized
repairs, exposure to corrosive or abrasive environment, use in any commercial
application does not constitute failure due to defects in workmanship or
materials.

Warranty Information for Body-Solid
In-Home Lifetime Warranty On Everything. Forever. Period.
This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or
distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. (Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name.
The warranty period to the original purchaser is lifetime of the original
purchaser.
Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial,
personal, family, or household use from Body-Solid or from an authorized
Body-Solid reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under
normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, showing the date of
purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty
extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone
who subsequently purchases the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts
such as paint and finish. This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is
assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with
the Product.
Replacement and repair of parts.
During the warranty period Body-Solid will at no additional charge, repair or
replace (at Body-Solid¹s option) the Product if it becomes defective,
malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal
non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the product
Body-Solid may replace defective parts or, at the option of Body-Solid,
serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All
exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the
property of Body-Solid. Body-Solid reserves the right to change manufacturers of
any part to cover any existing warranty.
Service procedures.
To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Body-Solid in its
original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges,
export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with
transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any
Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You
must present Body-Solid with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of
purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase
documents will be cause to void this Warranty.
Conditions and Exceptions.
This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from Body-Solid or
from an authorized Body-Solid reseller. This Warranty does not extend to any
Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of
accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by
Body-Solid; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) as a result of service by
anyone other than Body-Solid, or an authorized Body-Solid warranty service
provider. Should any product submitted for Warranty service be found to be
ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be
made if requested by you upon Body-Solid¹s receipt of payment or acceptable
arrangement of payment.
BODY-SOLID COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Light Institutional, Limited Lifetime Warranty; This Warranty applies only in
the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid,
Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the
original purchaser is as follows:
Frames, Welds Weight Plates & Guide Rods - Lifetime of the original purchaser.
Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings & Hardware - Two Years

ENDURANCE CARDIO LIFETIME WARRANTY
In-Home Lifetime Warranty; This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original
owner and only extends the warranty to cover the cost of parts repair or
replacement and does not include freight charges associated therewith. Proof of
purchase must be demonstrated. Labor is covered for a period of one (1) year
from date of sale and is not a part of the Lifetime Warranty. This warranty does
not cover end user maintenance requirements as described in the owner's manual
provided with the XTrainer. This warranty applies to residential use only, and
is void If this product Is used In a non-residential environment. This warranty
does not cover damage or equipment failure caused by, or resulting from
accident, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation, non-authorized
modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in
the owner's manual. Labor coverage is provided only if the work is done by an
authorized Endurance dealer or the Endurance factory. During the labor coverage
period, Endurance compensates authorized Endurance dealers for warranty trips
within their normal service area to make repairs at the customer's location. You
may be charged a travel charge outside the normal service area. This warranty
will not be extended to any product whose serial number has been removed,
altered, or defaced. This warranty does not cover service calls made to instruct
owners on how to operate this equipment. This warranty does not cover customer
instruction, installation, set-up, or adjustments. User is also responsible for
reasonable and necessary maintenance. Reasonable and necessary maintenance
includes proper cleaning and lubrication as specified in the owner's manual.
Failure to properly clean and lubricate the XTrainer will void this warranty.
Floor models and demonstration units shall carry a Lifetime Home-Use Warranty on
Frame, Parts, Electronics and Wear Items - but will not be covered for any labor
charges. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
Warranty Information for Hampton
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All sales are final. Exceptions are made for defectives only. In rare cases, at
our discretion, we will allow you to return the product; provided with it’s
original packaging can be resold as new. No returns will be accepted without a
return authorization number (R/A Number). A 25% restocking fee will be charged
against all returns or exchanges and both inbound and outbound shipping costs
are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Any merchandise that is not defective will be charged a 25% restocking fee. No
exceptions. No freight charges will be paid on non-defective items. Any
merchandise that is claimed to be defective will subject to inspection and
approval of the manufacturer. If the merchandise can be repaired or missing part
replaced, we will not give a credit, rather replace/repair and return. R/A
number must be on all cartons or no credit will be given.
FREIGHT DAMAGE: VERY IMPORTANT!
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing carrier’s receipt. Make
notations on the receipt of any exterior damage. If any concealed damage is
noticed while unpacking, DO NOT THROW AWAY CARTONS OR PACKING! Call delivering
carrier immediately to request on-site inspection on collect shipments. On
prepaid shipments, contact us immediately. Carriers allow only 7 days to report
damage or you will lose claim privileges.
FREIGHT CARRIER RE-DELIVERY CHARGES
All freight carrier re-delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the
customer. The shipper cannot be held liable for these charges. We highly
recommend adding a 24-hour pre-notification service from the freight carrier to
your shipment to avoid missed appointments. Some freight carriers charge a fee
for 24 hour pre-notification. Otherwise, freight carriers typically deliver
Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
