rowing machine COACH LS was

Kettler Coach LS Rowing Machine's design
features a smooth and silent magnetic
resistance and is adjustable to
the user's desired tension. The
Kettler Coach Rowing Machine comes
with a padded board which you can
recline in order to do triceps,
abdominal and other muscle building
exercises. The padded board measures
20 x 12 inches and is designed to
support your back while your head
rests on the seat surface. Foot
plates with biomechanical design
and placement to permit natural
and independent pivot action and
full longitudinal range of the rowing
motion.
