This stand should be used with any PowerBlock model that offers adder weights with the handles, as it has adder weight ports on the top of stand to store the adder weights when not in handles. The Large Column Stand would be appropriate for the Sport 9.0, Sport 5.5, Elite Sets, Personal Trainer Sets or Pro Aluminum sets. It can hold weights up to 130 lbs in each hand. The Personal Trainer Set is a hybrid set utilizing the weight stack from the Personal Set and the handles of the Elite Set. The Personal Trainer Set allows the user to achieve every 2.5 lb jump within the weight range of 2.5-50 lbs per dumbbell. The Personal Trainer Set is not expandable. The Personal Trainer Set would use the Elite/Pro Stand (optional).

The Elite 5-90 set comes with plates 1-8, and has a weight range of 5-90 lbs per hand. The Elite 5-90 lb equals/replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells, or 2565 lbs of free weights while taking up the space of just 1 pair (90 lb dumbbell is just 16" in length). PowerBlock Travel bench

The travel bench has a detent pin that -- when removed from each leg -- allows the legs to be folded for storage or travel purposes. The bench also has a built-in handle which allows the bench to be easily carried. It is constructed of the same 14 Ga. 2" x 3" steel tubing as the SportBench. The Travel Bench is 40"L x 9.5"W x 15" H (in upright flat position). Folded the Travel Bench has a height of 8"

PowerBlock SportBench

This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 Ga. tubing and has tapered upholstered cushions. There are separate seat and back pads. The seat pad can be adjusted down (shown at left) when in the incline positions so you will not slip forward while inclined. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace. The back pad has 5 adjustments. It adjusts from flat to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. The bench comes mostly assembled with very little further assembly required. The SportBench now comes with a built in wheel and handle kit. The bench pad (flat position) is 16" from pad to floor. The total length (flat position) is 50". The widest part (back leg) is 21".

PowerBlock Dip Attachment for SportBench

The unique, optional dip attachment allows you to perform dips off the back of the SportBench. The new SportBench Dip Attachment features a sure tension adjustment knob to keep the Dip Attachment stable during use. Weight rating for the dip attachment is 250 lbs. *Note: The Sure Tension Dip Attachment will not work with Pro Bench models bought before May 2008.
